I called Cruise Guru when our large family decided to go on a cruise together. We had already picked the cruise and the cruise line, so I went online to search for the best room combinations to keep us close to each other, but I just couldn’t find anything that worked. So, I decided to reach out to Cruise Guru. I had used them before and always found their service very good. This time, I got lucky and spoke with the amazing Kylie – she's really great at her job! She patiently helped me for nearly an hour, going over all the available room options and prices, and in the end, she managed to get us cabins right next to each other at an awesome price, plus some cabin credit! No matter how many travel sites I tried, I couldn’t find anything close to that deal. I would definitely recommend Cruise Guru to anyone, especially Kylie, she's a star!

After not finding a cruise on the website that fit our needs, we chose to reach out to the Cruise Guru for assistance. We got a response in less than an hour with two cruise options they thought would be good for us. Once we picked one, the service from their team was quick and friendly. The young woman who handled our booking was very kind to us pensioners, not familiar with cruising. Even though we booked a year in advance, we are sure we made a good choice. We would definetly suggest using this travel service if you’re planning a cruise holiday.

When she tried to add my loyalty number, she noticed I had more than one identity with the Club and suggested I contact Celebrity to sort it out. I later emailed her back, and she quickly added it to my booking. I felt she did a good job, and I'll definitely try to work with Kylie again next time.

Been booking cruises with Cruise Guru for 15 years, and it’s been a good experience. The agents there are knowledgble, helpful, and take time to assist. Their $25 deposit option is a nice choice for holding a booking. I don’t go through other systems, even the direct Cruise Lines. Cruise Guru prices are often 10% to 15% lower than the Cruise Lines. Canceling or making changes is simple as long as it follows the Cruise Lines' guidelines.

Easy booking process – The Cruise Guru site was simple to navigate, and I had no trouble finding a cruise I wanted to book. The $25 low deposit is great, as it allows you to book one or more cruises when the offer is up. If you can't make it on a chosen cruise, you can cancel with just a small loss of your minimum deposit.
