    Click2Refund.com is a real company that helped me get a 600 euro refund for each traveler on a recent, very delayed international flight. It took around 3 months, but their help was really valuable. One thing I wished for is if they could have sent me the proof of the refund from the airline before asking for my bank details for the direct deposit. This would really help to ease customer doubts!

    They managed to get our refund, even though Air Canada wasn’t responding at first. Our claim was for a flight from Amsterdam to Toronto. I got a response asking for a few more documents. I sent everything they needed and was informed it would take around 6 months. I had to reach out to them after 6 months, and they explained the delay. Then, about 10 months later, I received an email saying my compensation was approved and the amount had been processed. I provided my bank details and just like that, the money was in my account. My rep, Hayden, kept me updated throughout the process, letting me know the status of my compensation at each stage.

    I had a very good experience and smooth transaction. At first, I wasn’t sure if it was a trustworthy company, so I asked many questions. Eli helped me all the way until she gave me the good news. I missed my connection in Houston while coming from Calgary due to the same company’s electrical problems on the plane. I had to stay overnight. I spent 4 hours at the airport waiting for my luggage and 2 extra hours on the plane. I was so tired. But in the end, they helped me get a refund, maybe 45 or 60 days later, I can’t quite remember. But it was in my account without any issue. They gave me full support the entire time. Thank you very much!

    These folks are for real and i can honestly say i'm happy with how they handled everything. Our flight got delayed late Feb, we filed the claim early March. It did take a bit of time and back n forth with Click2Refund, but today (mid June) the money came in. The thing is, Click2Refund takes care of the whole process for you without charge, then takes 29% once you get paid. That way, it’s easy, no hassel, and you don’t have to chase the Airline around... So yeah, I would tell others to try these guys. Big ups to u all at Click2Refund. Keep it going.

    Wizz Air delayed my flight.

    Wizz Air delayed my flight. Click2Refund managed all the discussions and legal work with the airline, and I received my refund after Click2Refund took a, in my view, fair fee of 28%. You don't owe them anything else. Their communication was not annoying, and all messages were clear, polite, and timely. The only downside is that the refund process took 6 months, and they only informed me they had received the money from the airline when I reached out after 6 months, which seemed a bit odd but might just be a fluke.
