A fantastic journey in tough conditions

A fantastic journey in tough conditions, made possible by a highly skilled team. We started with Rodri and later had Donald as the excellent Skippers, with Chris as a helpful Mate and Ruth preparing delicious meals three times a day, including afternoon teas. Alexa, a new crew member, also assisted with boat duties. We faced challenging weather, with wind and rain, requiring precise planning and careful handling. We visited stunning anchorages I've known for over 50 years, from Tobermory to Tarbert, and then through Kyle Rhea. The crew ensured we were as comfortable as possible throughout our 10-day trip. We sailed on Speideren for the "St Kilda and the Shiants"

We sailed on Speideren for the "St Kilda and the Shiants" cruise in 2024 and had a great time, even though the weather was rainy and the seas were rough, which meant we couldn't reach St. Kilda. Skipper Alan and mate Harvey gave us friendly, personal service, and Abbie treated us with her tasty meals and lovely morning and afternoon teas. We explored many islands in the inner and outer Hebrides, including the beautiful Shiants, and enjoyed lots of time on board and on land to see birds and other wildlife. We're already thinking about our next adventure...very recomended! Thanks a lot!

We took the St Hilda sea adventure on the Speideren

We took the St Hilda sea adventure on the Speideren during its first trip. Even though the weather was a little chilly and the wildlife wasn't easy to spot, we still had a good time. This was mainly because the crew was so dedicated, doing everything possible to find the animals and birds. The food was excellent too, with more than enough for everyone. Overall, it was one of the most enjoyable holidays my wife and I have had, and we would definitely recommend this trip to anyone who enjoys a bit of adventure.

What a great experience!

What a great experience! We explored the beautiful Scottish Isles: Mull, Lismore, Ardnamurchan, Muck, Eigg, Rum, Canna, and Skye. Our skilled skipper, Damien, managed the weather and made sure everyone had a good time. Abbey’s cooking was outstanding, with fresh and tasty meals presented beautifully each day. Harvey shared his vast knowledge and looked after us throughout the trip. A fantastic vacation all around.
