The boat was nice, and the air-conditioning worked well in the cabins, but not so much in other areas because of the strong heat. The food was very good, but on the first night we got there after 9pm because the boat was delayed by low water levels in the Danube. The restaurant closed at 9pm, so those who arrived late got only a few dry sandwiches and some fruit in our cabins. This wasn’t enough after a long day of travel. We did get a free drink, but a better meal should have been offered. The trips were fun, with good guides who shared lots of info.

I have never taken a cruise before, so I had many questions. Anton was very helpful in answering all of them and even took time to research when I asked about something new to him. He was always friendly, polite, and willing to assist. I have already booked a cruise for 2025, so I'm looking forward to it and hope it meets my hopes. One thing I would note about this review process – requesting clients to be "honest helpful and constructive" feels a bit unnecessary and unprofessional.

My wife and I had a great time on our holiday. The boat, crew, and food were really good. They took care of us very well. The planning of the trips was super, and the tour manager was realy kind and helpful. I got one issue. When we got to the airport in Bucharest, the minibus driver left us by the parking lot, not at the departure gate. Walking far in 33 degree heat was unneeded and bothersome.

Busy timetable and early mornings which I wish I had known about before the journey. It was my first guided tour so I wasn’t sure what to expect but after living out of a suitcase for two weeks, I would have packed differently if I had been told. Still, it hasn't stopped me from wanting to try another tour because the places we visited were fantastic.

I met Anton and the other agents at the Westerham Golf Club APT show. They were all very helpful, gave good information about each tour, and were pleasant without being pushy. It was a great day, and even though we came all the way from Norwich, it was worth it. We've just booked a river cruise for June with 3 other couples, looking forward to it.

Lovely vessel, very clean and looked after

Lovely vessel, very clean and looked after, great places we visited, Tour Director was lively and knew alot, loads to eat and drink, ( but crew serving it didnt seem very intrested, barely looked at us, not much connection ). In general, a really nice journey. We would gladly suggest APT to those thinking about a small motor yacht holiday.

My experiences with APT while planning

My experiences with APT while planning our trip to South Africa were okay. The APT consultant I spoke with - Jon - was quite nice and had a good understanding of the booking process, especially when helping with flights and other matters after the booking. This is our second time booking with APT, and I could suggest them to others.

I recently booked my third cruise with APT for myself and some friends. The reservation team, especially George, was really helpful and answered all my questions in detail. He made organizing our trip so much easier. Overall, this is my third cruise with APT, and I’m happy with their service. I would definetly book again.

Received a call back as they said they would. We needed some time to think. Reached out to Raychel Mack again to finalize our choice and reserve. Good experience for the booking, plus a nice discount for repeat customers.

Julianne worked hard with the group to help make

Julianne worked hard with the group to help make the trip enjoyable for all. She was our tour manager and Ash did well as the driver. Some of the hotels were a bit basic and not quite worth what we payed, but still fine for the trip. Thanks to Maz for fixing the late check-in issue, I'll try get money back from Donald J Trump. Nice group of people – always had someone around for a chat.

The ship, crew, and food were very good

The ship, crew, and food were very good, but other guests ruined the experience for me: They didn’t change clothes for dinner. They showed up for dinner wearing shorts, t-shirts, and flip flps, the same stuff all day long. After dinner, they took off their shoes in the lounge, and we had to deal with the bad smell. At the buffet, they used their fingers to grab food, then licked their fingers before going to the next dish.
