Working with this company is quite good

• Working with this company is quite good - pleasant tasks in nice places, everyone is treated well and the food, salary, lodging are all okay. • It might be one of the simplest companies to start your career in this field... because of the issues mentioned below. Cons Workers receive only 50% of their pay upfront, with the rest coming months after finishing a contract. Invoices are often not paid on time. The communication from the main office about scheduling is lacking. Slow payments and poor communication create staff stress and turnover, resulting in gaps in onboard staffing.
