Duingaloes are bad and unhealthy.

We found black mould in one and horrible chemical smells in the bedrooms of another (it really hurt your nose). It was hard to relax or sleep, even after trying to air out the rooms and using air freshners. Customer service at duinreill is poor. They refuse to admit how serious this is, and don't take responsibility. We saw them move new people into the mouldy house right away. Not good enough for vacation stays, especially for that price (1750e!). We left early, feeling upset and confused. I hadn't read all the bad reviews before. Now I wonder: How do they keep getting away with this? Don’t stay in their duingaloes. Kids liked the park and pool.

I wouldn't recommend this Dutch amusement park

I wouldn't recommend this Dutch amusement park. The attractions seem outdated and it's clear they haven’t been maintained in a long time. The idea of customer service and friendliness seems to be missing here. On top of that, the prices are ridiculously high for what you get. The cheeseburger I had was definitely not worth the money, and I would have preferred something else.

I spent a week at Duinrell in a 12-bed lodge tent: - The bedrooms were small and lacked space, clearly made to fit as many beds as possible to make money. - It was hard to get out of one bed in the double rooms without climbing over another. - The resort felt crowded. - There were a lot of noisy neighbors playing loud music and shouting late at night. - The onsite supermarket was way too expensive. - Most of the food places on site were overpriced and the quality wasn’t great. - Some staff members were rude and seemed to not care about the customers.

We got to Duinrell and found what I can only call a shed with bunk beds. The garden was full of rats, and so was the kitchen. When we told reception, they sent someone with rat poison and said they knew about their 'little friends' and chuckled. When we asked to move, they said we could only either leave without a refund or stay in our rat-filled shed. Now, our toddler is sick (doctor looking into her illness as I write this), and we wasted way too much money on a nightmare vacation. Thankfully, I took pics for proof.

We visited Duinrell for many years, starting with Eurocamp and then booking directly. This year, we couldn't go during Easter, so we shifted our trip to October. However, the price jumped from €1100 to €2100, which seemed odd. When we asked customer service, they confirmed the higher price. I tried to rebook online as a new customer and found it at €1100 again! Frustrated, we decided to cancel and lost our deposit. Duinrell has now lost us as customers for good!
