    The people working at the airport were nice and everything went smoothly.

    The people working at the airport were nice and everything went smoothly. The hotel was very nice and the staff were all friendly and ready to help. The meals were great and there was a lot to eat. The only problem was that our room didn’t match the pictures in the brochure. I had paid extra for the executive room and the photo looked beautiful. But our room was quite different, and though it was okay, I felt a little let down because it seemed like false advertisment.

    Hotel great, staff very polite.

    Hotel great, staff very polite. Food of a very high standard. We knew walking to Limone was required, but some guests thought it was too far. It would be nice to know there isn’t a bus stop near the hotel. The downside was the long wait at an unfinished Verona airport on the way back, having to arrive 5 hours before the flight.
