The staff was clear, prompt, and helpful in addressing various questions, including billing, payments, clothing, and preparations. They made an effort to assist with our travel plans after the cruise, which was really nice. The printed guide we received a few weeks prior to the cruise was a great addition. It was thorough and offered a lot of information, covering everything from wines to wildlife, as well as castles and canal locks.

The process of receiving our boarding documents was a bit slow.
The process of receiving our boarding documents was a bit slow. One email mentioned we would receive them in a week, but they never arrived. I called, and they told me they were being processed and sent out. However, after another week, nothing showed up, so I called again and got the same response. Finally, after another week, they arrived in the mail. I noticed other reviews mentioned similar issues as well.

The customer service before our cruise was good
The customer service before our cruise was good, but not much help was offered after. They assisted us in organizing a car from the airport in Paris to Dijon and back, which went well. All our interactions were smooth and enjoyable, making the pre-cruise experience quite easy.

The boat looked nice, tidy, and cozy. The crew was nice, skilled, and enjoyable to talk with. The meals and drinks were great along with the lovely French countryside and towns. I am very happy we chose this journey.
