    I sent two emails to customer support

    I sent two emails to customer support but got no response, really poor service. The customer service is the worst, fine when they are collecting your money. Once they have it, they don't seem to care. I had to constantly review our bill as they charged us too much each time for a drink, and one time the steward called me by the wrong name.

    The staff on board the ship were nice and did their jobs well, but there were several issues with the booking process, the website, and the app. I tried to complete their survey to give a good rating to the onboard staff, but it expired before I could finish. It feels like they don't take into account that people work for a living and don't have time to sit down right after a cruise to fill out a survey. The whole experience felt rushed – from booking to excursions, everything was about hurry up and wait. Each activity felt cramped, with not enough time to enjoy it. While the staff on board were great, the organization behind everything – from meals to reservations to the app and website – needs serious improvement. Payments were hard to track, and overall, the administrative side of things was lacking. I don't think I'll be cruising with Princess again.

    In early December, we saw an ad for a cruise around Great Britain.

    In early December, we saw an ad for a cruise around Great Britain. The route was interesting, extras were included, and it seemed like a good deal. We booked right away after the travel agent told us the offer was only available for 2 days and would end soon. Now, two and a half months later, we see the same offer again. We booked early because we trusted the agent's word. It feels like we were misled. The agency claims they were told by Princess that it was a one-time deal, but then they got more space later. This just looks like a trick or false advertising. We’ve contacted Princess Customer Service twice, but we’ve had no response. We feel disrespected and taken advantage of.

    I have a booking (7Q6XDR) for a cruise in 6 days. The app isn't showing the right boarding passes—only mine, not my wife's, despite us being on the same booking. The luggage tags displayed are from an older cruise, not the one I booked. The online chat is unavailable, and there’s no email provided for urgent matters. The only support option is a high-cost phone line with limited help. This is really difficult to handle, especially for someone who is hard of hearing.

    Princess canceled our trip with only a day’s notice because

    Princess canceled our trip with only a day’s notice because of “technical problems.” We were already traveling from California to Texas to board the ship. They offered a 25% credit for the “trouble.” Royal Caribbean faced a similar issue last month but provided 5 days notice and a 100% credit. I’ve enjoyed 9 cruises with Princess, but I think I’ll try someone else now.
