The staff on board the ship were nice and did their jobs well, but there were several issues with the booking process, the website, and the app. I tried to complete their survey to give a good rating to the onboard staff, but it expired before I could finish. It feels like they don't take into account that people work for a living and don't have time to sit down right after a cruise to fill out a survey. The whole experience felt rushed – from booking to excursions, everything was about hurry up and wait. Each activity felt cramped, with not enough time to enjoy it. While the staff on board were great, the organization behind everything – from meals to reservations to the app and website – needs serious improvement. Payments were hard to track, and overall, the administrative side of things was lacking. I don't think I'll be cruising with Princess again.
