We missed two ports because of bad weather and safety issues on our last cruise – we were aware Allianz would cover that. We got written proof from the cruise company and carefully followed the steps shown on the Allianz online form once we returned home. After ten days, Allianz deposited the exact refund into our bank account. Simple, clear, and no problems at all. Thanks for keeping it easy.
