Just got back from 14 days traveling the coastal areas. It was one of our best trips and we travel often. Our Tour Director (Vincent Baxter) was very knowledgable and made the trip amazing. He shared a lot about his life. He talked about The Troubles + The Hunger and gave us new insights. We've never learned so much. If you visit in mid May, the Hawthorn trees are in full bloom. They are everywhere and stunning. The Irish have so much love for their country and are very proud. The beauty will stay with us forever.

Tauck is truly a fantastic company. We experienced a Northern Italy tour before covid and a Switzerland trip this summer. Both times, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ everything was great! The hotels were very pretty in great places; food was good; the itinerary was well-planned; the tour guide was smart and friendly; service was really good. I can't see how anyone wouldn't have a wonderful time with Tauck.

We have booked several Tauck tours

We have booked several Tauck tours, and most have been very good. This year, we were set to go on a river cruise from Madrid to Lisbon. Unfortunately, my wife fell ill just a week before our trip. Tauck quickly refunded 50% of the total to our credit card, and within 10 days, we received the remaining balance from Aon insurance with ease. I will likely use Tauck again in the future.

Having gone on several Tauck tours, I was surprised by the rating. We have always had wonderful experinces.

This was our sixth and final Tauck tour. The hotels were decent, but the itineraries lacked any real worth. Food was okay, and they charged for a glass of wine at dinner. The tour guide was kind but didn’t offer any real insights. A guest seemed unwell the first night, and by day three, several were coughing, and I tested positive for Covid. I had to head home early, only to discover that if you remain at the hotel, you're still paying for it. Aon was a total mess. Nearly 200, I swear, pages to get reimbursed for travel. I will look on Trustpilot for a new travel company.

I had a similar experience with this company. A representative from AAA clearly told me my $750 deposit would be refundable since the trip was more than a year away. But when we decided to cancel after realizing that a one-week bus tour was just as expensive as a two-week safari, the agent admitted she had given me the wrong info. Tauck kept my $750, and I felt really let down. I travel a lot, and I’ve never encountered a company with such strict cancellation policies. I disputed the charge on my credit card and will continue to follow up with AAA.
