    Opodo keeps saying 72 hours for my refund, but they never follow through. They get a lot of attention, but I never knew they had a form to fill out.

    They are crooks!!!

    They are crooks!!! They took my card info for a reservation, and since then they've been billing me for a "premium account". There's no way to remove your card details. Even after spending over 3 hours on the phone to cancel, they still charged me for a yearly subscription!! The person on the call said my account was closed, but they keep taking money from my account every year for the last 3 years!!! Avoid giving any payment details on this site because they are crooks!!!! WORST SITE EVER!!!!

    Horrible company with poor service and deceitful practices.

    Horrible company with poor service and deceitful practices. They claim to help but never follow through! They invent rules as they go. They twist conversations to avoid refunding what they took. Spent ages on the phone trying to get my money back. Somebody please shut them down!!

    I had a really bad

    I had a really bad time with this service. It honestly feels like a scam. Cancelling the subscription is nearly impossible through their site or app. They don't even provide an email for support. Just feels so shady. Stay away from this service if you can.
