I recently wrote a review about not getting my refund. Today, I called customer service, thinking I would be waiting on the phone for ages, but I was happy to be answered in under a minute. The agent, Roxanne, was nice and helped me sort out my refund right away. I got a confirmation email, so I hope the money will be back in a few days.
