I recently wrote a review about not getting my refund. Today, I called customer service, thinking I would be waiting on the phone for ages, but I was happy to be answered in under a minute. The agent, Roxanne, was nice and helped me sort out my refund right away. I got a confirmation email, so I hope the money will be back in a few days.

Ordered blue wool trousers and had to wait for weeks.
No updates during the waiting period. Eventually, 2 other items arrived, but I had to chase them up myself. The communication could have been much better, especially as I’ve been a loyal customer.
