    I’m happy with my visit to the store!

    Aissatou and Adam welcomed me with kindness and professionalism, really taking time to help me. I just wanted to try on a pair because I wasn’t sure about the size, and Aissatou quickly checked the sizes I was hesitating between. Adam also took time to figure out the best size for me. Their attentiveness, advice, and support were very helpful. Thanks to both of them and the whole team! The store is also bright, neat, and very pleasant, making the experience even nicer.

    The support we got was pretty awesome. 5 stars!!! Right when we walked in, Nicholas and the others gave us a hand. Nicholas is cool, kind, smart, and a one-of-a-kind guy. He really helped us out when we needed it most. We even had fun talking in French, Dutch, and English together. I didn't think it would happen, but I left with a smile and some uggs.     Right away, we got help from the wonderful, famous, friendly, skilled, one-of-a-kind, captivating Nicholas + the team. He stood by us no matter what. If the world ended now, I’d call Nicholas because besides the help, we could chat in French, Dutch, and English. Just as surprised as I entered the shop, I left feeling happier with my uggs.     Awful online store.

    Awful online store. Bought shoes but they didn't fit right. Ordered from Dutch site, but they shipped from France. Return process cost me 13 euros with no return label. Used their address for return, got tracking but no confirmation from Courier after 4 weeks. Customer service ignored my emails. Got refund through PayPal after complaining. Avoid this sketchy shop!

    We went to the store to exchange a pair of shoes with a manufacturing defect, and we were welcomed by the manager who took the time to assist us. The purchase was made in another store, I didn’t have the receipt or the box, yet she remained patient and determined to process the exchange. A big thank you for her professionalism and kindness.

    I saw some bad reviews and was worried

    I saw some bad reviews and was worried about problems with my order, but actually none of the bad things were true! At least not with mine. The customer service got back to me the next day when I had a question, and I received my delivery in 4 days. Very happy with the seller. Everything went as planned.

    I have to say, their website could use some improvement because it really freaked me out. I got the shoes after about 2 weeks. They sent me 3 emails, which I liked. They are new, so that's understandable. No issues so far. I hope others have a good time with them too. Good luck.

    Courir sent my shoes to the delivery company

    Courir sent my shoes to the delivery company without my house number, so the delivery company emailed me asking for my address. I had to call DPD to explain that Courir had forgotten to provide my address details. When the shoes arrived 3 days later, Courir asked me how my experience was. I told them that things went wrong, I had to wait 3 extra days, and I had to call the delivery company because Courir didn't provide my address. Today I received a reply from Courir. No apology, nothing. Their response was: "Thank you for taking the time to share your comments about the delivery of order CO0001940923. It's good to hear that the package arrived safely after all"

    I ordered a pair of shoes a week ago that were supposed to arrive on Friday. Now it's Tuesday, and according to the tracking, the shoes are still in the store. I sent an email and received the correct DPD link, but the response didn’t fully address my question. I’m curious if I’ll ever receive my shoes.

    I still haven’t gotten my shoes! They were sent back because the package couldn’t be delivered, and I haven’t been refunded (it’s been nearly a year). Customer service is awful; they keep asking for proof of shipment which I’ve sent four times. I’ve emailed many times.. No refund yet.
