Great Service! I was trying to buy a new pair of boots just like my old ones, except these had steel toes. Sadly, the first pair caused a lot of discomfort where the steel toe was. I sent them back, and discount safety gear sent me a new pair. They felt much better, but I still couldn't wear them for long hours. Safety gear kindly took back the second pair for a refund without any problem. Affordable prices and good customer service!

Construction Gear is a really good company. They got my order sorted out quickly and sent it off fast. Everything I got was just like they said it would be, no surprises. They even got it to me earlier than they said they would, which was awesome. They're honest and fair with their prices, which is important. I've tried lots of work boots. The Safety Gal, pink suade boots I got from Construction Gear are awesome. They're comfy and my back and feet don't ache after 8 hours. Delivery was quick and the product's spot on. Surprised you had my size, 5 1/2 in women.

Oh, where do I even begin with this product? I had high hopes, but unfortunately, it has been nothing short of disappointing. The button fly is a constant source of frustration as it keeps popping open, making it incredibly inconvenient and embarrassing. And don't get me started on the two side buttons – both of them decided to take a vacation and pop off, leaving me with a pair of pants that are falling apart at the seams, quite literally. The quality of the seams around these side buttons is abysmal, and I'm not exaggerating when I say they are unraveling faster than I can keep up with. I expected better craftsmanship for the price I paid. To add insult to injury, when I decided to give these pants a gentle wash for the first time, they decided to shrink at least one size. Now, I'm stuck with a pair of ill-fitting pants that are not only uncomfortable but also a sad reminder of a regrettable purchase. Overall, my experience with this product has left me thoroughly dissatisfied. It's safe to say that this company needs to seriously reconsider its quality control and manufacturing processes. Save your money and look elsewhere for a more reliable and durable option.

What's frustrating is that there was no mention of any potential backorders during the initial ordering process. It was only revealed in an email sent a couple of days after payment. However, my excitement was short-lived as I received an email just two days later, revealing that the company was out of stock and uncertain about when, or even if, the boots would be available. It's baffling to me how a customer can place an order for an item that isn't in stock. This experience has left me feeling disappointed and questioning the reliability of the company's inventory management system.
