This is my first time ordering from this site. I was really looking forward to getting some personalized gifts for my sister's baby shower. Sadly, my package was lost either by my building or USPS. I reached out to Caitlin for help, and without me even asking, she sent a replacement package right away. Such a pleasant experience. I’ll for sure be ordering again! Customer service is a huge deal, and they NAILED IT!!

I ordered 2 custom products and a blanket for Christmas. All 3 arrived and looked great. I did have a small issue with the whiteboards not erasing fully, but once I reached out, they replaced them right away. Great service!

I ordered two lovely outfits for my new grandsons. The first arrived just in time for his birth on December 20, and the outfit in the color smoke looked great for his first official photo! We’re looking forward to welcoming the second in February, for his first official picture too!

description on product is not clear. They show many examples of clothing and expect you to know what they are saying. Ordered a piece to show grattitude to my mother who passed away, All the shirt say grandma on them but send me a shirt without it saying grandma , clearly the reason I ordered it. Insted of fixing it they want me to reorder with a discount. Last time ordering, from this company.
