Initially, the product I received was not what was shown online. I reached out to customer service three times and was offered store credit or a refund minus shipping fees. By the end of the last call, they agreed to a full refund because of their misleading ad, but the refund email included a $4.10 'tip' charge. It’s also been six weeks since I raised this issue, and the website still misrepresents the item. Additionally, a month after my purchase, I found a $60 charge for a membership I didn’t knowingly sign up for, which renews automatically every three months. I called them right away, clearly upset after resolving the previous issue. They issued a refund but tried to persuade me to keep the membership for its 'benefits.' I don’t know how misleading customers into a membership is allowed, but it’s poor business conduct.
