Their website shows no phone number—just an email form. I looked and found out they aren’t regulated by any agency in Canada or anywhere else for that matter.

We opened a corporate account with BoF Assets Ltd to handle international payments and cross-border transactions. At the start, the onboarding was easy, but when we tried to withdraw funds, things got much worse. Despite several formal requests, BoF Assets Ltd has not released a large amount of client funds, without giving a clear or steady reason. Over many months, the company set new conditions, unclear compliance rules, and slow replies — all without proper communication or any timeline. Only after we involved authorities did we get a list of documents said to be needed under AML rules, months later. This makes us doubt the honesty and purpose of their internal rules. We fully support the need for anti-money laundering checks. But in our case, these rules were used after the fact, without notice, and seemed to be an excuse for long delays. Up to now, the funds are still not released. We are working with legal and regulatory experts in Canada and other countries. We advise any future client to be very careful and do detailed research before dealing with this company.
