This was my first time using a booking agent. Julia x102 reached out to me to let me know the flights I booked were no longer available and made suggestions for new flights. She got me as close as possible with regards to departure times, etc. for basically the same price. My only disappointment was that these new arrangements were not direct flights as I originally wanted. She provided detailed instructions through the entire process and assured me every time I checked in that things were moving and I would receive my etickets once the airline put through the charges. I was nervous and sent a few emails but Julia kept assuring me everything was OK. She even called me once the charges hit to let me know my etickets were sent.

I've been working with Sam, a service agent from bestairfare, and as of today, 10/6/2024, he gave me the best support I could ask for. I got the lowest airfare, and today my ticket was emailed to me, with my seat picked out and all my baggage sorted. I'm flying to Costa Rica this December for Christmas. Sam even offered to help upgrade my seat if possible. He always answers my emails and calls. Like I said, as of today 10/06/2024, bestairfare has some of the best service agents I've come across. I don't get why there's bad reviews; maybe there was some miscomunication.

What an amazing company and experience! I worked with Steve and he made everything easy and calm. I was scared I wouldn’t get a wheelchair seat for my mother but Steve handled everything. It was not just easy but also cheaper than booking straight with the airline. Will buy again!

Suggested to everyone great service always their tickets are real they assited me quickly whenever i need any help

I really wish I had looked at the reviews before booking with this SCAM website.

It clearly said checked in baggage with Air India when I booked. When I called, a rude and unprofessional customer service guy, who got nervous and wouldn’t tell me his name, said I’d have to pay £190 extra for baggage. At the end, he just hung up on me when I asked for his name. Please watch out for these kinds of SCAM companies that offer low prices to trick you and then charge you for baggage.

The company said they would send two flight tickets (I agreed to their price, which was way higher than on their website). They promised to email the e-tickets in 24-48 hours. A whole week passed, many calls and emails – but no tickets arrived. Watch out for scams like this company.

Being told there’s no refund and that adding a carry-on costs more than buying directly from the airline is not okay. After that, I saw 4 other spots with the same price (like the "discount") that let you bring carry-ons. This company makes me upset there are such cheaters.

On February 22, 2024, my sister

On February 22, 2024, my sister and I purchased two tickets to Guadalajara, Mexico from Best Ticket Fair at what seemed like a reasonable price. Shortly after the purchase, a customer representative called us, stating that due to the low ticket price, we couldn't bring any suitcases and would be placed on stand-by. We didn't find any information about luggage on the website. The representative then offered alternative flights at an exorbitant cost of $1,500.00. Her demeanor was unpleasant, lacking professionalism, and she eventually hung up on us. This company seems deceptive; it's not an ethical way to conduct business. As seniors, we missed our chance to visit Mexico due to this unfortunate experience.

My experience with this company was quite disappointing. Initially, they provided a quote of $370 for the tickets. However, things took a negative turn when they contacted me and provided misleading information about ticket restrictions. They falsely claimed that I couldn't bring any luggage and threatened to cancel my flight unless I paid an additional $300 per ticket. Eventually, they offered a supposedly cheaper option at $100 each way. To my dismay, the final charges on my card were $306 for the actual ticket and an additional $351 to the company. This encounter left me with the impression that the company engages in deceptive practices, and I would strongly advise others to steer clear of them.

Submit an AG complaint

Predatory, untruthful company. They charged for 14 tickets and delivered 3 and refuse to refund for the other 11. Then they charged for 1 more ticket, sent confirmation and then cancelled 3 days later (verified with airline) but did not notify. We found out when we wanted to check in. This makes 12 refunds for close to $10K If you have had a bad experience with this company (or any of its shell company affiliates) - please submit a complaint to the AZ Attorney General (AG). They will only take action if multiple consumers had an issue.

I overlooked that one email, and two months later, we learned that the airline never confirmed the flight. Just three days before our departure on 10/8, we discovered we had no flight at all. Avoid using this service; it seems they only care about your personal information.

I had a terrible experience

I had a terrible experience with their service. They canceled my flights and assured me a refund within 20 days. However, two months have passed, and I still haven't received anything. To make matters worse, I purchased other tickets, and they canceled those as well.
