I don’t like how you handle payments

I don’t like how you handle payments, charging my credit card and then adding extra fees. Show the exact ticket price because I ended up paying more than the actual cost with other airlines. I won’t use your service again.

They took my credit card info and after I finished, it said in small letters the price wasn’t final. I called to fix this and the worker tried to charge me $230 more, I was shocked! I asked for a refund even though I paid an extra $88 before checkout to have the choice to cancel and get money back, but the worker didn’t follow that. The supervisor called me and said they would keep the original price and I should get my flight number in 2 to 3 hours, but it came about 24 hours later. It got fixed! They called me and told me what happened, thanks for your help!

The initial part was fast, but then I experienced a delay of a whole day to receive my ticket. This made me a bit anxious about the process.

They did not send me a confirmation for my flight. I had to visit the airport to sort things out and get my ticket. No one was there AND I waited 3 HOURS for someone from Volaris to arrive. That was crazy. Why didn’t you send me a confirmation email WHEN I GAVE IT TO YOU WHILE BOOKING? I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE!!!

I believed I was purchasing the tickets straight from the airlines, but it turned out it was through this company Vijar Almundo. The transaction went smoothly with clear communication and I received my e-tickets the following day. I was generally satisfied, just a bit shocked.

This page doesn’t deserve even one star. It’s a total scam. A few hours after I bought my ticket, they called saying the price went up and wanted more money. I was unsure, so I called United Airlines to check my flight, and guess what? My name wasn’t on the flight. I called the number on the page, the person was very rude on the phone. I asked for a refund and they said no because they never charged me (even tho the money isn’t on my card anymore). I had to call my bank and report it as a scam!!! Be careful everyone! DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE, it’s better to pay a bit more and buy your ticket from the airline directly.

This wasn't made clear on their site prior to purchase. They requested an additional $100 to confirm the ticket! Ultimately, they just wanted to squeeze more money out of me! WATCH OUT!! AND THEY PUSH YOU FOR A GOOD REVIEW!!! SCAM!!
