I just found out about this service today.

I just found out about this service today. Great busyness model. I booked a ticket and downloaded it in about 4 minutes. When I looked at the ticket it had the wrong date. I emailed customer service and received two responses within 5 minutes. One automated, but the human follow-up sent a link to fix my issue. The fix took 2 minutes. It was a fast, simple and accurate fix to my issue. Overall, a great interaction with this company. They solve a problem that is quite ridiculous in the first place. They are not the cheapest provider out there, but after today’s customer service, this is my only onward ticket provider. Highly recommended.

I recently booked a flight with my reservation initially valid for less than 24 hours (due to the airline's rules, not Onward ticket), which was quite irritating as it should have been 48 hours from the time of booking. However, I want to express my gratitude for the amazing support I received from Ryan, the support manager. Ryan went beyond the company's policy to extend my reservation deadline to 72 hours to make up for the issues I faced at first, even though their policy only allows for a 48-hour maximum. The ticket lasts for 48 hours, and they take care of canceling the reservation for you. Customer service responds within 30 minutes, so if something goes wrong, they will sort it out quickly.
