We are beginning our first adventure into 6* cruising with Regent 7 Seas after discovering a great offer through The Cruiseline. They responded quickly to our questions, and we were glad that Lauren called us. She was patient and provided helpful advice to all of our queries. My wife and I proceeded with the booking and made our deposit this morning, receiving the confirmation later today. Based on our experience with Lauren, I can say: 1: The CruiseLine is professional and supportive, and I feel confident that we’re in good hands. 2: Lauren represented the company well and made us feel like our inquiry truly mattered. If the rest of the team is as good as Lauren, the CruiseLine is in capable hands. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would recommend them.
