I have two Patagonia coats, one that keeps me dry in the rain and another that keeps me warm. I've had them for a long time, and they're still in really good shape. One time, the inside of my warm coat ripped and the cuffs got all worn out. I sent it in for repairs, and they fixed it up fast. When I got it back, it was like brand new. I think Patagonia gives you a lot for what you pay.

I orderd a women's vest from

I orderd a women's vest from Patagonia! It arived in 2 days. The vest did not fit so I initiated a return. Within an hour of droping off the return at Fedex, the return was processed and in 2 biz days was credited to my account. Just wanted to say what grate service it was!

Rarely I give 5 stars but I was treated very good from Patagonia in USA. unfortunately in Europe (Italy) the selling system isn't as good as in the States. The shop in Santa Monica has very good employees.

I had bought several jackets from them in the past with no problems. I recently bought a winter shell jacket on 11.24.24, and it ripped the first day because of a defect. I reached out to Patagonia to start the return process. I asked either for a replacement or a refund to my original payment method. Over two months later, on January 30, I finally got an email saying I have a credit. By that point, winter was almost over, and I had to buy another jacket. Not happy with the product, warranty, or customer service. Winter’s over, but Patagonia keeps my money.

Received a Winter over-shirt as a Christmas

Received a Winter over-shirt as a Christmas gift, priced at £180 with VAT. The appearance is appealing, but disappointment struck when I discovered the 100% polyester lining, comparable to more affordable options at Sainsbury and Edinburgh Wool. Polyester feels like plastic and makes wearing it uncomfortable, hindering skin breathability. Unpleasant surprise. Planning to return it, relying on my friend's insight. Hoping for a smooth process.

Absolutely disappointed with Patagonia's

Absolutely disappointed with Patagonia's customer service! My return experience was a nightmare. Despite providing clear evidence of the returned item, they insisted on denying its receipt. Most of my emails were ignored, and the few replies I received took over a week. Finally receiving my refund after 7 weeks was an ordeal. This experience has left me with no desire to make future purchases from Patagonia. Unacceptable service!

I bought gloves from Patagonia back in

I bought gloves from Patagonia back in October 2023. With the not-so-cold winter, I've only used them a handful of times. Recently, I noticed the stitching near a button hole tag on one glove has come undone. Patagonia won't give me a full refund, just 60% to cover the repair cost. This experience has left me unsatisfied, and I won't be making another purchase from Patagonia.

Billed for the order but never got it. I bought some stuff in March, then a few days later they said the main thing wasn't available (!!!). My card was charged anyway, they said it was a temporary hold, but it was never given back. I have called and sent many emails. No response.
