Their website gives the impression that getting a search is simple and quick, but then you end up stuck in a long “loading cycle” that’s just a trick (as a computer expert, I can say it’s fake). After about 3-5 minutes of this false loading screen, which claims to be gathering info from various sources, you’re prompted to pay for the service. The site is basically a scam. It says “Info is almost ready! Just a bit more! Ready for your details! Oh, wait, you need to pay first” – a tactic designed to make people rush into paying. It’s clever but manipulative.

When a company collects your personal info just to surprise you with hidden fees later, it feels just as sneaky as a shady car dealer. Trust me, I used to be in that line of work, and now I run a business and coach others. Sure, these tactics might be "legal" and "fair," but that's not the point. Where are the ethics in this? If you want to charge for a service, be upfront about it! Don’t trick people into giving their details first, only to hit them with fees afterward. It’s just a bad way to do business.
