We've been pretty satisfied with the platform

We've been pretty satisfied with the platform until we upgraded our plan with Teachable and had an issue with the payment method. Despite multiple tickets raised, a request to elevate support and the need for an urgent response from the finance team we seem to keep receiving automated replies which don't align with the questions posed. It's proving very challenging trying to get hold of someone who can respond appropriately to our request for support to make a payment. We just want to make a payment to maintain the upgraded service.

Even after submitting several

We've had a good experience with the platform until we upgraded our plan with Teachable and encountered a problem with the payment system. Even after submitting several tickets, asking for escalated support, and urgently needing a response from the finance team, we continue to receive automated replies that don't address our questions. It's been difficult to reach someone who can help us properly to process our payment. We just want to pay to keep our upgraded service.

The company makes it hard to cancel a plan.

The company makes it hard to cancel a plan. When you try to downgrade, they charge you for two plans. Why would anyone need two plans? I requested a refund and received an explanation about why they couldn't refund me. You select to downgrade and end up paying for two months for something you can't cancel.
