I have used several PMS solutions for my short-term rental, and Tokeet (known as Sympl for my one property) stands out from the rest. Their software is the most modern I’ve seen, offering features like message automation, website creation, and booking management. What really impresses me is their customer service – despite being a small client, they treat me like a priority, always ready to assist and resolve my problems. I do think that some onboarding documentation needs updating, but that’s a minor issue since the team is always there to help when I face challenges. I will not switch to another PMS in the future.

Interactions with them have been less than satisfactory, raising doubts about their credibility. Skepticism lingers, suspecting the legitimacy of their supposedly positive reviews.
