After 2 years of using Manychat... It's a powerful tool for Instagram, often misunderstood. Despite myths like Meta not allowing it (it's a Meta partner), there's negativity towards its potential for business. I've grown a big newsletter of 25K people recently, and it helps my business consistently. There are occasional technical problems, but they get fixed quickly.
