This company is great!
I bought a Windows 10 key and the process was super easy, I got the key in my email just moments after. However, I ran into some technical issues with my PC (not related to the key). Turnkey was really helpful and tried to guide me through the problem, but since my PC was so old, I chose to buy a new one. I asked for a refund and Turnkey was very understanding, giving me my refund without any problems at all. I will definitely recommend them!!!

I had a great time working with Turnkey. Their customer service is really good. They give clear and helpful instructions on how to install everything. I had a small issue and contacted them, and got a reply so fast. The problem got fixed right away, and they made sure to let me know that if we couldn't fix it, they'd happily refund me or send a replacement. Really a great company. Good prices, great support, and reliable!

Emilio at Turnkey helped me set up Office 2016 on a Mac desktop after it was reset to factory settings. The old OS didn’t allow newer versions, but he showed me what to do and sent the right stuff so I could buy and run it. There were a few hicups but he kept helping till it worked. Without his help, I probly would’ve spent my money for nothing. Great help all around.

Great customer service.
Great customer service. I had some problems with installation, mainly with my system bios and a few other things that weren't related to their product. Charly in the chat was very helpful and guided me through all the issues until everything was fixed. The product is exactly as they said and even better. I definetly recommend Turnkey Point.

My installation didn’t work at first
My installation didn’t work at first, so I contacted customer support, expecting an automatic reply. To my surprise, a real person (or a very clever bot) responded and guided me through the process of uninstalling, reinstalling, and fixing the issue. Now my office suite is working fine.
