I picked Kartra because I needed an all-in-one platform for my biz (site, CRM, planner, shop, funnel maker, etc.) and a choice to offer clients so I could handle many biz platforms from one spot (agency). I've been surprised by three things I didn't expect... service/support, training choices, and feedback for improvements. The crew at Kartra ACTUALLY cares about our experience, ideas, and issues with their program... and they REALLY listen and try their best to fix what we tell them... even if not put into action. This makes a sense of ownership and teamwork unlike any other program I've used. I'm happy to tell clients about Kartra and pumped for what's next with new improvements.

So far, I've enjoyed learning Kartra, though it's a bit complex. The support in Facebook and email is helpful. I'd like easier features, like side-by-side buttons, and better checkout page customization. I accidentally emailed my whole list due to lacking how-to videos. The email sequence post-join is nice, and overall, it's been good. Once I learn it better, it'll be good.

I ain't got the technical chops to keep up with this platform. Should've picked somethin' simpler. I'm droppin' a ton each month, been a year now, and the only real good thing is how stable my course is. I can handle most changes I wanna make to the website. But when I need email updates, they send me links to articles I don't really get. And I can't figure out how to tweak the funnel or even find the copy uploaded to it. Overall, feels like I'm payin' too much 'cause I ain't fluent in this program's functions. I need a course for non-IT folks on how to use it.
