I run several generative conversational AI agencies since it's a key part of our services. We provide AI solutions for appointment setting, live transfers, order/reservation handling, and customer support. I joined Simpletalk just over 30 days ago to follow up with some of our old leads that had slipped through the cracks. The team is really supportive, and they take care of everything, from setting up to building the AI and syncing it into our CRM. Sure, sometimes it takes a few meetings and tweaks for the AI to get everything perfect. But, it’s honestly amazing, we were able to recover more than $40k in lost revenue. We’re now working on creating additional AI agents to handle more of our client communication.
