    I decided to try this

I decided to try this dog food for my 40lb picky eater, thinking it might be a game changer. For $100, you get enough food for about two weeks, which seemed okay initially. But my dog? She’s still as picky as ever. She nibbled on it a bit, especially when I mixed it with some fresh pet food, but she wasn’t really into it. The whole “SUPER FOOD” label? Totally misleading. It’s just fancy kibble at the end of the day. And the price? $100 for three small bags is just too much. If I stuck with this, I’d be spending $200 a month, and that’s only if my dog actually liked it. With an 8-year-old picky eater, it’s really disappointing. Definitely not worth the hype or the money.

    So, my dogs were all

So, my dogs were all about the food, absolutely loved it. But dealing with their billing system? A nightmare. Every month like clockwork, I'd get these emails saying my payment didn't go through. But my card was fine, no issues there. They'd tell me it was an error on their end. Meanwhile, I ended up using another card and bam, got charged twice for the same order. I called customer service and got a refund, but honestly, who has time for this hassle every month? Subscriptions are supposed to make life easier, not harder. I had to cancel, which is a shame because the dogs were happy with the food. Incompetence can really ruin a good thing.

    I used to think this

I used to think this company was pretty solid. My dog was all over their food, couldn't get enough of it. But then things took a turn. My vet warned me the food wasn't great for my dog's liver, so I decided to cancel. That's when the trouble started. Even after canceling, they hit me with another $95 charge. Tried to sort it out, but they wouldn't budge. It's frustrating, feels like they're more interested in keeping my money than doing what's right. Disappointing experience, especially when the health of my dog is on the line. If you're thinking about trying this company, be careful—they're not as customer-friendly as they seem.

    I had a really rough

I had a really rough experience with Badlands. We were super excited about this product for our dog. Even though the orders were small and pricey, we went for it because it seemed like the healthiest choice. We tried adjusting the orders to get more food, more often. Then, the deliveries just stopped. They claimed they shipped them, but nothing ever arrived. We had to buy food from Amazon for over a month, spending over $100 per bag each time. Customer service only offered a 30% refund and said they’d try shipping again. I ended up canceling my membership. Definitely won't be recommending this to anyone. Such a letdown.

    Terrible experience

I had a terrible experience with this dog food company. My dog has a bad allergy, and I needed to find out if their food has a specific ingredient. Every time I called, they kept saying their formula is a secret. Seriously? They even told me to ask my vet about it. How would the vet even know their ingredients? I asked to speak to a supervisor, but I kept getting the same person each time. It's frustrating and ridiculous. If they can't be transparent about what's in their expensive dog food, I definitely wouldn’t recommend it. Save your money and find a company that actually cares about your pet's health.

I tried out some dog food

I recently tried out some dog food from this company for my 8-year-old Maltese mix, and it was a bit of a mess. They make you order a big batch right off the bat, over $100 worth, which is a lot if your dog ends up not liking it. My dog ate it for two days, then refused and got diarrhea. Had to take her to the vet. Also, the shipping cost from AZ to CA was $20, which seems way too high, and I can’t imagine how much more it is for folks further east. They should consider offering smaller sample sizes and maybe covering return shipping or refunds like some other companies do. I’ve canceled my membership.

    Lemme tell ya about this

Lemme tell ya about this mess with my dog food subscription. I had a bunch of extra bags 'cause one of my pups sadly passed away from cancer, so I didn’t need more just yet. Tried to skip the next order on their site, but it kept giving me an error. Then I attempted to cancel it altogether, and guess what? Error again. Emailed them with all my details, and they just straight-up ignored me and shipped the order anyway. I'm seriously pissed. This company is shady, and I wouldn’t trust them at all. They just want your money and don't care about their customers. Stay away!

    Bought six bags of this

Bought six bags of this dog food, thinking they were 24 pounds each. Turns out they're only 24 ounces! When a tiny box showed up on my porch, I was so confused. The price was way too high for such small bags, so I decided to return them. Called customer service that same day, only to find out I had to pay for return shipping. Nowhere did it say that, just something about a 90-day guarantee. Ended up spending $35 to send them back via USPS. Super frustrated and feel totally misled. Checked the reviews afterwards and saw a lot of people had the same problem. Watch out!

    Bought a couple of dog

Bought a couple of dog food bags thinking my pups would love 'em, but they might as well have been chewing on bricks. My dogs turned their noses up at it. Frustrated, I decided to return them, out of my own pocket. After waiting for what felt like forever, I finally called them up. Turns out, I was supposed to call before sending the stuff back. Who knew? Definitely not me. So, now I'm stuck with food my dogs won't eat and no refund. It's been a real hassle, and my dogs are still hungry. Lesson learned, I guess.

    I really enjoy the food

I really enjoy the food here, and the folks on the phone are always friendly. But getting my order has been a nightmare. There's always some problem, like the delivery being super late or the courier not finding my house. It's not just me; my friends have the same issues. We've complained so many times, but nothing changes. It feels like the CEO doesn't care at all. It's really frustrating because the food is so good, but the delivery problems are just too much. It makes me not want to order anymore.

    Had this crazy experience with

Had this crazy experience with the dog food company. Their product is fine, my dog loves it, but dealing with their customer service was a nightmare. Tried to cancel my subscription, but it just kept going. First, I got hung up on, then the line was always busy. It felt like trying to stop AOL back in the day. Finally managed to get through on live chat, and fingers crossed, that will sort it out. Not cool to make it so hard to cancel something. They really need to sort out their customer service.

    I bought this expensive dog

I bought this expensive dog food for my two pups, one young and one older. Kathryn mentioned that dogs love it, but mine wouldn't touch it. The food is really hard, which is tough for my older dog with sensitive teeth. Paid $42 for a 24oz bag and feel ripped off. Maybe offering sample packs would be a good idea so people can try before spending so much. Really disappointed with this purchase.

I bought some food for my puppy

I bought some food for my puppy from Katherine Heigl’s company, but it made him sick. I tried to return it, but they wouldn’t give me a return label, which means I’d have to pay a lot to send it back. I remember a friend saying their return policy used to be better, but it’s really frustrating now. Honestly, I’m really disappointed and I don’t think I’ll buy from them again.

    I bought a bag of

I bought a bag of food, and even though it was still within the expiration date, it smelled awful and was all dried out. Tried calling and emailing customer service over ten times, but got no response at all. It's so frustrating when you just want some help, and they can't even be bothered to reply. Not impressed with their customer service at all.
