They made me take a quiz which

I purchased this with a 30 day guarantee. I opened one package and it smelled wierd and of course my dog would not eat it. I have reached out to their BOT team RubyLyn multiple times. She said that she could refund me 50% until I reminded her of the 30 guarantee. She then said ok and it was closing time on Friday. Said she would get back to me. I tried again multiple times today, Monday and they left me hanging on the chat for a very long time. Hold on let me check on that they said, and never returned. Now they are closed. How do these companies even get in business? I would like a full refund. I am happy to put negative reviews on every site possible until I do. Thank you! NOW THEY INSULT ME IN THEIR REPLY BELOW!!!! They made me take a quiz which told me which meals to choose and offered the discount upfront. Why would one assume when they advertise both side by side that it voids the refund. You send spoiled food and expect paying customers to just deal with it? Then you tell me you will give me a refund and ignore me, then take back your word! I hope my review saves a lot of others from your crooked company!

However, upon receiving the order, I discovered that all the cartons had the same expiration date, contradicting the claimed 2-year shelf stability. Contacting customer service proved challenging as there's no phone support, only a delayed chat option. Despite promises to replace the outdated product, no action has been taken. It seems they may be struggling with rapid growth, neglecting crucial customer service, jeopardizing their longevity in the market. Effective communication in English is imperative for businesses operating in the USA, and their current approach falls short.

Bobby (bglws.org) talked lots 'bout the food. I decided to give it a shot for my fussy eaters after seein' how much the shelter liked it and the dogs were so eager to chow down. I got the mix pack to test it. Oh boy. This be genuine grub, ya can spot the veggies and meat. It don't hog much space in the fridge. I did the numbers, it's cheaper than the cans I used to give 'em. They go nuts at mealtime now. We picked the turkey 'cause it got 'em most excited.

My nearly 17-year-old Rat Terrier mix and my 11-year-old Chi-mix can't get enough of Happy Howl! They eagerly devour all the varieties, and I'm happy to know they're getting healthy ingredients and whole foods. The deliveries have been consistently on time, and I've even set them up on an auto plan, which makes life so much easier. Ozzie, Penny, and I wholeheartedly approve!

I've tried many "fresh" dog foods before. They had meats and veggies, and our dog liked them. However, they came in styrofoam boxes and sometimes with dry ice or some strange stuff that was supposedly garden-safe. Happy Howl gives good dog food that our dog enjoys (he eats it all and then licks the bowl clean). I'm very happy with the food and the servis.

They either said they didn't have the info, promised to find it for me, and never did, or just gave partial answers, which is not enough for choosing my dog's food. Clear information is very important when it comes to pet food, as it helps us know what our pets are eating. Sadly, without the complete nutrient details, I can't feel good about using Happy Howl's products or suggest them. For pet owners who value honesty and full information, this is a big issue. It's vital to pick a company that is clear about what is in their food, making sure our pets get the best nutrition possibble.

Almost a year on this food, and the last box showed up looking watered-down. Tried getting in touch with the company—no response. Took my dog to the vet, and he came back with liver issues. I canceled future deliveries over a month ahead of time, threw away most of what we got (not cheap!), yet they still sent another order even after I got confirmation of the cancellation. I've tried over and over to reach out—no luck. My credit card company had a phone number (you won't find it anywhere else), but it doesn’t matter if we called during business hours, emailed, or tried their chat service, the company just ignores everything. Now we’re left canceling our card to avoid more charges. Just unreal!

Will not order

I was ready to order Happy Howl dog food until I read these reviews. Sorry , I will never put up with a bad customer service. Will not be ordering, now. Without good customer service, any business is setting themselves up for failure, regardless of how good your product is. A company must have good service in order to stay in business. Sorry!

I heard about Happy Howl from Bobby at BGLWS. I have 3 small dogs, one is heavy, one has allergies and one is a fussy eater. I tried a few boxes from CVS and they really liked it! So when I could, I ordered 10 cases of the mixed pack. They arrived well packed. They’ve had 2 meals so far and I already see a change. First, they love it! Sugar, my fussy eater, is not picky anymore. Actually, she finishes first now, which she never did before. Riley’s bad dog breath is gone. And Melissa, who has allergies, looks much happier too. I also saw their poops look better. They never liked lamb food before, but they all enjoyed the HH Lamb. They also like beef and turkey flavors a lot. I’ve always tried to give them good food, and now I found the best with Happy Howl. The small changes after just 2 meals is great.

I’m not sure how long the shipment took because my wife ordered it. I have 2 rottweilers and a bulldog, and they all really enjoy this food, even though the rottweilers are picky eaters. The older rottie used to be the hardest to please, but now she finishes first. I even have to tear open the box so they can get to every bit, or else they’ll go through the trash. They used to leave kibble behind, but now they clean their bowls during the transition period. They like it so much they want more as soon as they’re done. It’s a great product, although a bit pricy.

I appreciate that the packaging tells you how much to feed your dog depending on their size, the food has great ingredients, and the customer service is flawless.
