Me and my cat really like the rattan kitty tree, but buying it was a mess. They tried to take money from my card four times when I only wanted one thing, and my card got stuck and I had to wait four days for the bank to fix it. Then I tried again and it said no for some other reason. Eventually, I got it to work, but it was pretty annoying. Luckily, my cat loves it so much. So, thanks! Overall, it was okay.

The cat tree I ordered is adorable, however it is very unstable. Even with the screws tightened all the way the top piece wobbles and I'm scared my cat will jump too hard and break the metal rod insert!
