My interaction with Autobuffy

My interaction with Autobuffy.com was a bit frustrating, but they did handle things well in the end. I placed two separate orders, and unfortunately, the first one was out of stock. They informed me a few days later and promptly issued a refund. However, on the second order, there was a significant delay in shipping. Customer service took some time to respond, which was a bit disappointing. After a couple of follow-up calls, they finally canceled the order, but it turned out the part was already on its way to me. The issue was with FedEx pickup, which took four days. Nevertheless, Autobuffy was honest and refunded me once the part was returned to them. Despite the hiccups, I would recommend ordering parts from Auto buffy, as they were upfront and quick to resolve the issues.

Ceramic brake pads and paired them with the drilled/slotted rotors. The package arrived in excellent condition, complete with all the necessary components for an OEM install. The quality is solid, and the price is budget-friendly. After having them on my G37 coupe for around 3 months, I can confidently say there have been no issues. The brakes perform quietly without any excess noise, delivering ample stopping power. I, as a financially strapped college student with a passion for cars, would definitely consider them in futrue.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong parts, totally my fault, but these guys were awesome in helping me sort it out! Their customer service is outstanding! I've been buying car parts for 35 years and I honestly can't remember any better service than this! No, I'm not getting paid to say this, I just really appreciate it! Looking forward to working with them more in the future. It's been a real joy!

My car was not riding smoothly at all. The rear air shocks were shot, so I went online looking for something affordable. These shocks were the cheapest I could find that seemed decent. Other sets were over $200, but these were way cheaper and seemed pretty good. They arrived pretty fast too. I'd definitely recommend these shocks if you need them for your car.

I was able to save a lot of money by getting a full set of Detroit Axel struts from Auto Buffy, which made the ride feel smooth again, just like new. I highly suggest Auto Buffy for their prices and Detroit Axel for their great struts!

To make matters worse, their refund process is a nightmare. You’ll be met with excuses, delays, and frustration at every turn, and don't expect them to send the correct part without jumping through hoops. The customer service is equally abysmal—rude, unresponsive, and unhelpful. It's as if they put more effort into dodging accountability than actually running a functioning business. Their so-called “guarantee” is worthless, and once they have your money, you’re on your own. Do yourself a favor: save the headache and avoid this scam entirely. Trust your hard-earned money to a legitimate, reputable store that values customer satisfaction.

I was utterly disappointed

I wasutterly disappointed with this company's service!! After I paid for a $643 set of plugs and coils for my Toyota Tundra, my order completely disappeared. I couldn't find it anywhere in their system, and when I contacted them, they didn't help. I was forced to contact mycredit card's dispute department and had to cancel my card and get a new one. Stay away from this untrustworthy company!

I got a part from Auto Buffy, but it was the wrong one. When I called, they said I could send it back for a refund, but I had to pay for shipping. I did that, and the item reached the address on 2/8/24. I tried reaching out about the refund, but no luck. Honestly, this doesn't seem like a legit company.

I would not recommend this company. They sent me the wrong items and then expected me to pay for the return shipping. When I asked for a refund, they refused to give me one. It's really disappointing to deal with a company like this. If I could, I would rate them lower than 1 star.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! They just send random stuff without caring what you ordered, and if you want to return it, you have to PAY for shipping. Then, they WON'T give you any refund!! If I could rate them -5, I would (but this site forces at least 1 star).

I didn’t get the items I ordered, and I didn’t get any confirmation email or tracking number. The company hasn’t responded at all; calls are dropped automatically and live chat isn’t working. Avoid this company, they’re frauds!!!

Sent me the wrong parts and after many emails, and pictures showing they sent wrong parts agreed to send shipping label for 55.00 off my 69.99 order. Steer clear of this company!!
