    I contacted Customer Support to make sure

    I contacted Customer Support to make sure the scanner would be compatible with my vehicle. My old scanner was a Foxwell. I had an issue with a blocked DPF, but I replaced everything including the DPF and all sensors. The Foxwell wasn’t very easy to use, so I decided to buy a professional Autel model. I had spent over 5000 pounds at various garages trying to figure out my ongoing issue, thinking only a professional could fix my van. But after just an hour with my new Autel, the problem was fixed. There was a short circuit in the vaporisor. I’m so glad I bought this scanner. It has saved me loads of time and money.

    The wait was fine. Jodie was great. Fast yet calm and really clear in help he gave. What a nice thing it is when a good product gets matched with outstanding service. A uncommon pair these days.

    I've never been happy happy with

    I've never been happy happy with the assistancer I and me received from Jodie! It made my life a lot easier, and I've never in my life received such amazing customer service. It was pleasure to deal with so kind and supportive experience. He sounds like a great guy.

    Got autel tpms sensors and put in all four wheels, after 3 months 2 stoped working, have to change them myself and mot coming soon, better to stay away, not worth the truble
