    Good software.

Good software. But realy lazy development team. Recovering deleted tasks is a nightmare. Deleting tasks is a nightmare and not straightforward. And the worst part is, their rules, which is arguably their best tool, does not contain the simplest features such as: Unmark as approval, allowing custom date field to have a days until deadline, and countless others that I've simply given up with.

The new updates made to the drag

The new updates made to the drag and drop feature are a mess. It used to work okay, but now it's a pain. Trying to move a column just one spot? Get ready to end up five rows away instead. The way it works now is crazy, takes multiple attempts just to move a column one space.

I have tried all tiers of Asana's offerings.

I have tried all tiers of Asana's offerings. The free version is great. However, compared to other free tools like Notion and Trello, I find their paid plans are overly pricey. Moreover, it doesn't offer the same level of customization as Notion does from the start.

    Three major points:

Three major points: 1) Customer service: There’s no help available, not even a chat option with Asana. Your only choice is to submit a ticket. This can be really annoying if you’re trying to buy a plan. They don’t offer live sales support either! 2) Single license: You can’t buy just one license. If you’re a solo entrepreneur or a small startup, you’re forced to buy two licenses, which is silly. 3) Trial: Because of this, if you use any paid features during the trial, all your content will be LOST when the trial ends. To recover it, you must buy at least two licenses. So, the $10.99/seat is a bit misleading as you’ll end up paying at least $25/month. Check out Trello for a similar service without all the trouble.

My experience with Asana was pretty awful.

My experience with Asana was pretty awful. Deleting my account was a hassle. You deactivate it, then have to chat with a bot for ages to get to customer service, who finally approve your request to delete. On mobile, it's even worse. Asana's organization is alright, but this process is a real letdown.

I can't believe how hard it has been to simply unsubscribe

I can't believe how hard it has been to simply unsubscribe from Asana's newsletter. I've sent several emails over a few weeks, asking them to stop sending me unwanted messages, but nothing has changed. They even said they passed my request to their marketing team—yet, I’m still getting these annoying newsletters! This is, without a doubt, the most irksome and inconvenient process I’ve ever faced with any company. Every other service I've used has a straightforward unsubscribe link that works right away, but not Asana. Instead, it feels like they’ve purposely made it hard to opt out. It’s outrageous and completely unacceptable. It’s clear they don't care about customer experience, and I’m left with no choice but to warn others. If you value your inbox and your sanity, stay away from Asana!
