I’ve been using hostwinds for a little over a month now, and I must say it’s a really great hosting platform. I also want to mention their support team: it’s really good. They answer very quickly and help you with ANYTHING, doing everything they can to assist you. This is how a support team should work. One time I had trouble linking my domain to the hosting, and they logged into my godaddy account to do it for me. That’s how much they care about helping their customers. I would 100% recomend you guys to use this, especially if you’re not too sure how to set things up.

Presently, I find myself compelled to juggle distinct accounts and email addresses to accommodate varied billing types for each server, a slight inconvenience that could elevate the overall user experience.

So, I got this 12GB 4 core VPS for £111 per month, thinking it would handle 5 MT4 instances, but nope! It couldn't even run them properly. The tech support folks kept saying it's not their fault if MT4 isn't working, which is kinda gaslighting, you know? I tried everything they told me to, like restarting and rebooting, but nothing worked. So, I asked for a refund within 3 days, which is my right as a consumer, right? But their billing team straight up refused! Like, what? This company is terrible, seriously. They make you feel like you're crazy when you have a problem, then won't even give you a refund when you ask nicely. Don't even bother if you're into Forex! They don't know a thing about MT4, even if you throw more memory and processors at them. I've got all their silly excuses in writing, so yeah, stay away from these guys!

To my dismay, they failed to act, leaving me to manually delete certain services. Months passed with unanswered requests and accumulating charges. Finally, a support ticket promised a refund, but billing inexplicably closed it without honoring their commitment. Hostwind's pattern of charging, ignoring pleas, and enforcing policies feels like a subscription fraud intertwined with their legitimate business. Proceed with caution!
