I found out not long ago that I’d been charged more
I found out not long ago that I’d been charged more than the renewal price for 5 months. It took some time to sort out, but I did get all the money back. Each person I spoke to was very nice and always ready to help. The whole thing was delt with in a respectful way.

Speed is pretty good
Speed is pretty good, though it’s not fiber optic all the way to your router, it depends on your area and whether it's a new build or not. In general, they are much better than you might think. Good job!
