Fast and easy, that’s how I would describe my experience with NameHero live chat. I had an issue with my business emails—not getting any messages. I contacted support and within a few minutes, the problem was solved. The associate didn’t ask me to explain everything again, and I was able to continue after the call got disconnected. I would definatly recommend using NameHero live chat!

The service was decent.
The service was decent. I had a minor issue with my website not loading because of an SSL problem that needed to be handled by AutoSSL. After contacting support twice, the first time AutoSSL took care of it, but I had to restart my computer. The second time I worked with Thara, who manually published my website for me. This all happened at 10pm EST on a Saturday.

I'm a new customer and this is my first time using a VPS server instead of a reseller account. It was a bit unfamiliar for me, but when I contacted NameHero's tech support, they were really helpful! I've been talking to Patil Arun, and their responses have been fast and helpful. I'm happy I switched to NameHero and I plan to stick with them for a while!
