This review focuses on my interaction with Alex Mill's customer service. They were very helpful and made extra effort to ensure my satisfaction. As for the clothing, I found some of the casual pieces a bit too youthful for me, but the well-made, collared sweater was a great solution. I’m now a regular shopper and have placed another order.

The fabric and texture caught my attention first, but I'm mainly happy with how flexible this shirt is! It looks good both tucked in and left loose. Looking forward to layering it under a sweater when it's cold and pairing it with shorts when it gets warmer.

I bought the Pajimmies on a whim.
I bought the Pajimmies on a whim. They look really cute with the pink stripes, but the material is quite thin, which might be fine for summer wear. The fit is loose and feels more like a men's shirt than a women's pajama. I wasn't happy that they were made in China. I don't think they are worth the expensive price.

Alex Mills used to be my son's go-to shirts. We hadn’t bought any in about a year but placed an order recently. We are really let down by the quality. The shirts are thin and see-through. We compared them to his older shirts of the same style. Alex Mills has clearly switched to a less durable material.
