After reading a few reviews on here, I decided to share my own experience about the company. I've had symptoms for years that I didn't realize were ADHD until I got older. It's pretty common for ADHD to be missed in women when they're younger since most research was done on men until not too long ago. It took me three days to finish the assessment (with plenty of breaks, of course, because ADHD) and I got my results the next day from a licensed psychologist in Michigan. I showed the results to my primary care doctor, and we went through the whole 30+ page report together to go over what options I had moving forward. The only thing I regret is not getting help earlier; I can’t help but wonder how much easier things could've been if I’d had the support back in school.

ADHDonline has been a real help to me ever since I found their services two years ago. My life got so much better after being diagnosed and treated for ADHD, and I am really thankful for that. But what I'm even more thankful for is Dr. Holliday, who has been so supportive and continues to work with me all this time. She's truly the main reason I still choose to pay the higher fees for appointments, even though they keep going up and are harder for me to afford. Overall, despite the cost increase, I'm very happy and grateful for the help, treatment, and support I've gotten through adhdonline.

I asked for ADHD testing nearby, but they told me I was too old for it. I was just interested because I had been hearing about it on podcasts and it really sounded like what I was going through. The test was done, and now I am getting the treatment I need. It's a huge relief to finally understand why I faced the same struggles again and again, and now I know how to handle them better. I’m really grateful for this and it has been very useful.

I have been dealing with ADHD my entire life, and recently my symptoms have worsened, so I decided to try this option for support. The first assessment process was easy and clear. A psychologist quickly reviewed my assessment, and I got my diagnosis. The next step was to book a treatment appointment, and I picked the earliest one, which was a week away—seemed fine to me. But today, the day of the appointment, I wrapped up my work early, which is not easy for me, and got ready an hour before. When I logged in, I found out the provider had cancelled just two hours earlier. They cancelled 3 hours before my appointment, but I would have to cancel at least 24 hours ahead or get charged. They wasted my time, and all I got was an offer to rescedule, which might take another week. I feel so upset with this company. They could have sent a text or called me, so I wouldn't have ended my work day, but instead, they sent an email I don't check often.

I’m quite disappointed with the misleading information on their website. They claim that most insurance companies reimburse the services, but they don’t mention that the services will actually be out of network and won’t be reimbursed like in-network ones. You have to dig into the FAQs to find this out. The big bold letters when signing up make people trust them without checking all the details first. Avoid them. Use other online providers who bill insurance directly!

The provider was rude and made hurtful

The provider was rude and made hurtful comments about me and my family. She gave me a prescription, so my experience is not the same as others who couldn’t get one. But she was so cold and unkind that I won’t go back to them.
