Recently I spoke with your company and was assisted by a lady named Gabriela Viola about questions regarding health benefits, like Medicare plans and extras. I must say, I would stay on the phone for hours just to have her help again, no matter what anyone else might suggest or offer! Gabriela is one of the most helpful people I have ever talked to. She took the time to hear about my struggles, including difficult life events like my health problems and personal history. Being a Viet Nam Veteran with 100 per cent PTSD, I sometimes forget details, but she was patient and made sure I understood everything. She also thanked me for my service and treated me with a level of care that is rare. If I could, I’d give her 25 stars instead of just five! The agent was EXTREMELY helpful and responded to all my queries - I had many and was quite puzzled about certain things, she sorted everything out for me. In addition to the questions she answered, she also shared details about my coverage that I was unaware of. She was very friendly, polite, and considerate and took all the time needed to cover every one of my questions and more!

Still, it would be better if I could give feedback without interrupting the flow of the conversation or hearing unnecessary sounds like "Umm."
