Ordering from net32 has always been great. You enter the amount you need and they calculate everything for you, showing the best option available. It's a better price than any other site I've discovered. I haven't found this option on other websites that sell consumer amounts! Also, the shipping is quick and the orders are always correct. I've been buying from them for many years and will keep doing so! Unless they begin shipping with Amzon.

Net 32 is a great company. I started using them in 2018. They got all you need. Their service is simple and clear. I only had to reach them once, and they helped. Shipments are on time. Stuff is good. I got disposables, tools, and a prophy handpiece. Only had one thing with an expiration date, but it was fine.

I've dealt with other vendors, and they've set the bar pretty high. Reported their mix-up on 11-24-23, and here we are, still stuck in limbo. Got a label to send back the wrong X-ray film, but where's the replacement, huh? One star across the board for service, shipping, accuracy, and their lackluster response. Now, I get it, Net32 is just playing the middleman, but River Dental Supplies needs a serious wake-up call. Waiting 3-4 weeks for the right product, assuming it's in stock and not playing hide-and-seek on backorder, is a bit much. If you're in a bind and need things pronto, might wanna have a backup plan ready when dealing with River Dental Supplies. They seriously need to up their game on service, shipping, accuracy, and response. Step it up, River Dental Supplies!
