I was able to use the discount thanks to the sales rep who recommended securing it. Delivery came earlier than planned and was right on time. Spin Life's customer service helped solve an issue with the shipping company. Technical support replied fast to our assembly question, while Pride took about 2 hours to get back to us.

Jaime deserves 100 stars! She is so professional, friendly, patient, and polite, plus a great addition to Spinlife. She knows everything about all the products and is really helpful when it comes to picking the right one. She is a real keeper for Spinlife and I don’t often leave reviews like this.

I bought a wheelchair online and noticed some of my selections didn’t match the specs of the chair. Jeff (Spinlife customer service rep) reached out to me and confirmed that all my choices were in line with what the wheelchair required, making sure everything was right. Great customer sevrice!

The customer service person was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions. And in just a few minutes, everything was ordered and the shipping date was set.

Bad customer service
Sent us a manual wheelchair that isn’t put together correctly and refused a return. If you order a special order chair they claim no returns. They sent a chair that wasn’t assembled correctly and still refuse to except a return and refund. Horrible customer service. They don’t care and they don’t listen even when you send proof.
