I had a small problem with one of the games not giving me the reward, so I reached out to support. To my surprise, they replied in under 12 hours and fixed the issue right away. This is the first app that actually took action! Every other app I’ve tried just sends an automated message and never gets back to you. You’re left hanging until you give up. I’m really happy that the support team is real and actually helps. Now I can keep playing without any issues. I’m happy with this app!

Sometimes there are tracking problems which is normal, but every time I’ve submitted a support ticket, it’s been resolved within days with evidence. I’ll keep using them because I don’t have to wait two months for support to review a ticket like I do with other review offers I finish. Nice work, keep it going!

Despite providing screenshots in my recorded video, a necessity due to the game's restrictions on screenshots, it appears that the advertiser's intention is to deceive players into engaging with their games, only to deny rewards by enforcing such limitations. As part of the advertiser's marketing team, it should be their responsibility to exercise due diligence in ensuring the game's policies align with the promised rewards. I have provided ample evidence of reaching level 150 in the game, yet my ticket has been closed without any response or resolution. This marks the fourth instance where issues have arisen in games promoted by agdem, reinforcing the perception that they are indifferent to the concerns of players who invest time and effort in their recommended games.
