Alex is the person I work with at Zenfolio, and he’s been a huge help for my business. He has dedicated time to help me create a website that suits every stage of my business, and I am very happy with the results. The platform is simple to use, and I can make updates easily every day. If you make use of all the tools Zenfolio offers, you'll be able to do way more than you think. From the helpful staff to the regular updates, they’re always working to improve so you can run your business smoothly. There are still a few areas for improvement, like offering a gift card that can be used more than once if there's leftover balance. It would also be nice to be able to buy photos from multiple galleries at once, rather than making separate purchases. Despite that, I’ve already recommended Zenfolio to others who need a versatile website.

I’ve used different platforms for my website in the past. A friend recommended Zenfolio to me, so I decided to try it. I’m happy I did. The platform is simple to navigate, with many templates available, and uploading images is quick. It's also very easy to create custom pages for my photos. The customer service is great, they respond quickly to any questions I have. Also, I find the pricing to be fair. Very satisfied with the entire experience.

I’ve been using Zenfolio for a long time now, since 2013, but I’ve decided to cancel my account. Zenfolio charges me an annual fee to showcase my photos for my clients. Unfortunately, in recent times, they’ve started quietly archiving the galleries, including the thumbnails, so no one can access them. You can restore the galleries from the archive, but it takes about 12 hours per gallery. If your galleries were grouped into collections (like a wedding album with Prep, Ceremony, Group photos, Reception), each gallery is now separated and lost in the archive. It’s a real mess. If you’re a pro photographer needing an online gallery to present your work to potential clients, Zenfolio isn’t the right choice.
