I ordered from them twice.
I ordered from them twice. The first time, a t-shirt that reached me without any issue in about 10-15 days from America to Italy. The second time, I faced some delays with the delivery, but it was a customs issue which wasn’t their fault. Even so, their customer service was always friendly and responsive. They even sent me a second package with the same items at no extra charge to solve the problem. Overall, I'm happy with their service, so I recommend the site.

I placed an order for a custom shirt at the beginning of November, but it still hasn’t come. I didn’t find out the reason for the delay until the end of January, and it wasn’t my mistake. I’ve asked for a refund or for them to send me the shirt again, but every time I get a response that completely ignores my problem.
