My whole shopping experience with Hidden Cult has been great! This was my first time buying from them… and I would buy from them again. The items I bought are excellent quality, they’re also comfortable & stylish. I had to contact Hidden Cult about my order (I ordered an outfit, 2 days later it went on sale. They refunded me the diference from the sale); they were very responsive, professional and personable about it.

Very pleased with all my items!! It's clear a lot of effort goes into this brand—products, size info, shipping, descriptions... yes, everything. The service across the board is truly great, I've never had any issues with a purchase or interaction. I've been buying clothes from HC since 2020, always liked their stuff. But this year, their quality went down a lot. Got a matching set for €230, but the fabric is much thinner. Emailed them about it, but no reply. They answered others, though. Won't shop here again. Small businesses often start good but then lower quality and rip you off.

Worst support experience ever! Only got 3 out of 7 items, and the customer service is terrible. I've been ignored for over 2 weeks while trying to resolve the issue. The team seems like scammers—unfriendly, unprofessional, and cringe-worthy. I had to involve PayPal to get any attention. Definitely not a company I'd recommend or trust.

Luvd the cloths. Sizng is perfct for xxs. Custmr service was rlly rspnsiv to my emails nd helped me out a lot. Was worid I wuldn't get the parcel but got sorted out. Nd I got it so quikly too. Wish the postag cost was slightly cheapr but still great service. Packagng is nice nd hope you release similar terry sets soon.
