I had an issue with some noises in my dashboard

I had an issue with some noises in my dashboard, and then my fan that pushes heat and AC stopped working. Not a huge deal usually, but it was a cold 30 degrees out and late at night on Thursday. The dealership was closed, so I called them first thing Friday. They said they’d take a look, so I drove in. Despite being super busy with other cars needing help, they still checked mine out right away. I mentioned how tough it was to drive with windows fogging up in that cold, and they got it. Once they looked at it, they found it was the fan motor and even had the part in stock. I didn’t even ask if they could fix it right then, thinking I’d have to come back next week. But before I could say a word, Scott, the Service Manager, and Tim, the Tech, told me if I could wait a bit, they’d put it in right now! I really didn’t expect that. I was ready to leave and come back next week, but they went ahead and fixed it right away without hesitaton. I was so relieved, honestly, trying not to look too excited, but inside I was really happy. Big thanks to Mercedes of Spokane’s Service team, especially Scott and Tim, for the care they showed. Definitely a 5-star rating for them!

Spokane Mercedes' service department was not great.

Spokane Mercedes' service department was not great. The appointment system didn’t work well—our appointment wasn’t even listed in their records. The staff didn’t seem to care about helping us and just wanted to get us out quickly. On top of that, they broke parts of our car and refused to take any responsibility. They don’t return calls, and the person on the phone was rude, cutting us off and not letting us explain what was wrong. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to avoid getting service or buying cars here. It’s been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a car dealership.
