I highly recommend 1st Move International. From start to finish, their communication was excellent, both before and during the shipping process. I have a large collection of vinyl records (mostly from the 1950’s and 1960’s), which would be hard to replace, so I needed a company I could rely on to take care of my belongings during my move from the UK to the US. 1st Move International made me feel completely at ease from the very beginning and made everything so easy. On collection day, the movers were on time and very helpful. They handled and packed all of my items with the greatest care. I don’t remember their names, but I want to thank them for being so friendly and professional! My items left the UK on schedule and were delivered to my new home in the US just a little over a week later than expected. Everything arrived in perfect condition! We've used 1st Move two times now to send our belongings from the UK to the US, and both times they were nice, quick, suportive, and polite. Moving across countries is tough, and things can get overwhelming fast, so their patience and effort to really guide us through everything meant a lot. The second move went even better, not just because we knew more about how it works (and didn’t also have to worry about getting a house abroad, visas, and all that) but also because 1st Move worked with a different US agent who was way more clear and suportive than the first time.
